CLEVELAND, OH January 15, 2025 – Great Lakes Brewing Co. introduces a bright new look and 12 oz. 12-Pack can package for Easy Buckets Blonde, the fan-named Cleveland Cavaliers collaboration brew.
Launched during the 2023-24 season in celebration of Great Lakes becoming the Official Craft Beer of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the fan-named Easy Buckets Blonde debuted in draft and 16 oz. black can 6-Packs. In January 2025, Easy Buckets Blonde will shift to “home jersey”-inspired white 12 oz. cans in co-branded 12-Packs. The fresh look complements the beer’s refreshing, easy-drinking qualities and pairs perfectly with the Cavs’ white-hot season start.
“As the Official Craft Beer of the Cavaliers, we couldn’t have asked for a better start to the season, so we are especially excited to share the new-look Easy Buckets Blonde with fans,” says GLBC Marketing Director Vicki Campana. “Our team evolved the beer’s package to bright white and metallic gold to evoke home jersey colors, and the light flavor of the beer itself. Between the new package and co-branded displays and programming at retail, we expect even more fans to make Easy Buckets Blonde their gameday drink of choice.”
The Cavs and Great Lakes Brewing Co. partnership launched in 2022 with the grand opening of the Great Lakes Experience in the South Neighborhood inside of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. This location serves a variety of year-round and seasonal Great Lakes brews on tap.
