Today brings an exciting new taproom only release from Harpoon Brewery in Boston, Massachusetts. The brewery is preparing to launch Fantasy League 2026, a hazy IPA designed to celebrate the energy, competition and camaraderie of fantasy football season. Brewed exclusively for taproom fans and packaged in 16 ounce cans, Fantasy League 2026 arrives with an 8%-AbV and a bold football-themed design that makes this limited edition beer one of Harpoon’s most playful and interactive releases of the year.

The can label features a football field under bright stadium lights, capturing the excitement of game day. A diamond shaped badge displays the name Harpoon Fantasy League 2026 Hazy IPA, while a football stamped with the Harpoon logo sits on the field. The right side of the label includes a customizable section where drinkers can record their league name, team name, opponent, final score and weekly results. Fans can circle win or loss, scan the QR code and share their results online using @harpoonbrewery and #harpoonfantasyleague. This interactive design transforms the can into a keepsake for fantasy football players and adds a fun, competitive twist to the drinking experience.

Fantasy League 2026 is built as a hazy IPA with a soft mouthfeel, juicy hop saturation and bright tropical aromatics. While full hop details have not yet been released, Harpoon’s hazy IPAs typically showcase expressive notes of citrus, mango, pineapple and stone fruit supported by a pillowy malt base. At 8 percent ABV, this beer lands firmly in the imperial hazy category, offering a bold yet smooth profile that fits perfectly with fall football season.

The taproom only nature of this release makes it even more special. Harpoon’s limited edition beers often highlight experimental hop blends, new brewing techniques and creative packaging concepts. Fantasy League 2026 continues that tradition by combining hazy IPA craftsmanship with fantasy football culture, creating a beer that appeals to both craft beer fans and sports enthusiasts. The interactive label encourages drinkers to engage with the beer beyond flavor, turning each can into a personal record of weekly fantasy triumphs or heartbreaks.

Fans can expect Fantasy League 2026 to be available exclusively at Harpoon’s Boston taproom in 16 ounce cans, with extremely limited distribution. More details, tasting notes and release information will follow as the brewery prepares to roll out this seasonal hazy IPA.

Harpoon Brewery is one of the most established and respected craft breweries in the Northeast, known for its commitment to community, creativity and high quality beer. Founded in 1986 in Boston, Massachusetts, Harpoon was one of the first breweries to receive a permit to brew in the state after Prohibition. Over nearly four decades, Harpoon has grown into a regional powerhouse with a diverse portfolio of beers that includes IPAs, seasonal releases, limited editions and taproom exclusives.

Harpoon’s flagship IPA helped define the East Coast IPA style, offering a balanced blend of hop bitterness and malt character that set the brewery apart in the early craft beer movement. Today, Harpoon continues to innovate with hazy IPAs, double IPAs, lagers, stouts and specialty beers that showcase modern hop varieties and evolving brewing techniques. The brewery’s dedication to quality ingredients and consistent craftsmanship has earned it a loyal following across New England and beyond.

Harpoon is also known for its vibrant taproom culture. The Boston brewery hosts festivals, charity events, beer dinners and seasonal celebrations that bring together beer lovers from across the region. The taproom serves as a hub for experimentation, allowing Harpoon’s brewers to test new recipes, explore emerging styles and create limited edition beers like Fantasy League 2026. These taproom only releases highlight the brewery’s creativity and give fans access to unique beers that cannot be found anywhere else.

Community involvement is central to Harpoon’s identity. The brewery supports local organizations, partners with charities and engages with fans through interactive events and social media campaigns. Harpoon’s annual festivals, including Octoberfest and the Harpoon 5 Miler, have become iconic regional traditions that blend beer, music and community spirit.

With Fantasy League 2026, Harpoon continues to demonstrate its ability to blend craft beer innovation with cultural themes. The combination of hazy IPA craftsmanship, football inspired packaging and interactive design reflects the brewery’s commitment to creativity and fan engagement. As Harpoon moves into 2026, it remains a leader in New England craft beer, delivering memorable experiences and high quality beer to fans across the region.
