Mikkeller Releasing 2025 Seasonal Beers
Today, I have some new fall beer news coming from Mikkeller:
Can you sense it? The fallen leaves, the cold wind on your skin, the sudden craving for a dark beer. Autumn is here, winter is coming.

Speaking of malt…
We’ve launched a new collab with the legendary Danish whisky-destillery, Stauning.
We have used their whisky malt to brew a new West Coast IPA to celebrate the friendship between Mikkeller and Stauning, an homage to quality alcohol.
The Beer Lab has just released some new autumn-themed brews.
Try the milk stout with marshmallow, vanilla, chocolate and crackers.
Or how about a mulled berry dubbel with candi sugar, spices, orange peel, & blackberries to complement the malts.
And speaking of friendship… We’ve teamed up with our Kazakh brewer friends, Sigma, to make a friendship beer for when F.C. Copenhagen plays Kairat Almaty in the Champions League. An unlikely derby and one of the most thrilling games of the entire football season.
MIKKELLER BEER CELEBRATION(S)
We’ve had two amazing festivals in the past few weeks. First, Mikkeller Beer Celebration went to the Faroe Islands for the second year in a row.
Then we had our first ever Mikkeller Beer Celebration in Beijing. Sensational events in each way.

OUR BIGGEST BAR EVER
The biggest sensation, though, is that we’ve opened a new permanent bar in the historical center of Beijing. A two-floor bar with 260 square meters, a large terrace, 20 beers on tap and space for almost 250 people.
We’ve invited a feng shui consultant to ensure a ghost-free bar and the logo features the city’s mascot, Lord Rabbit, which is supposed to bring good fortune, so we have high expectations for this one. Drop by when you’re around.
