Today, I have a hot and returning stout coming from Gigantic Brewing in Portland, Oregon:

Tierra Del Stout Brings The Heat!

Like a warm hug from a mischievous abuela, Tierra Del Stout is back to melt your face (gently). Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate — and our friends Tierra Del Sol at the Robot Room — this rich, decadent stout is loaded with vanilla, cinnamon, and a blend of chilies for that perfect sweet-spicy balance.

We built this beer like a molé: layers of chocolate and caramel malts, cinnamon, guajillo, ancho, and habanero chiles, and a final kiss of Madagascar vanilla beans. It’s rich, roasty, and just a touch fiery.

Available this Friday 10th on tap and in cans at all three Gigantic locations. Stop by for a pint, take home a four-pack, and share the love—it’s pouring all over Portland and waiting for you in the city’s best beer coolers.

We think it’s going to pair pretty well with the Oyster Popup at our brewery location this Friday as well, so stop in and enjoy them both!
