Introducing: Dry Town Incognito, a 6.90% Hazy IPA brewed with our good friends at Dry Town Tap Room in Monmouth, Oregon. Find this collaboration beer on draft only starting this Friday at Block 15 locations and Dry Town Tap Station.


This brew was developed to capture the spirit of brotherly love between Blake, Block 15’s Oregon Chain Manager, and Chad, Bar Manager at Dry Town. Made with a wealth of advanced hop products, it bursts with citrus and tropical flavors, complemented by the creamy, round mouthfeel of the hazy IPA we all know and love.

Hammock Daydream drops this Friday at Block 15 locations. This 5.50% XPA, or Extra Pale Ale, has a featherlight body with explosive experimental HBC 1019 hops, delivering a new dimension of Peachy O’s aromas.


An XPA is lighter in body and ABV than a standard pale ale, but deeper in hop character and expression. A perfect summer crusher for IPA lovers who are looking for something that leaves them feeling a little lighter.

Block 15 was conceived by local beer lovers Nick and Kristen Arzner. After years of traveling, brewing, cooking, and dreaming, they were inspired to share these passions with their local community. Block 15 Restaurant & Brewery was created to offer Corvallis unique, from-the-source artisan beer alongside handmade pub food produced from local ingredients—all served in a friendly, casual atmosphere.

Since opening in 2008, Block 15 has grown to include a production brewery & Taproom in South Corvallis, a Downtown Pub (where it all started), a Northwest meets European-inspired restaurant, Caves Corvallis, and a Distribution Team for the PNW. Our family has grown to over one hundred hard-working individuals that positively reflect our community. Over the years, we have stayed true to our initial vision while evolving in the endless pursuit of the perfect pint, plate of food, and space to share it in.
