This morning I have your fort look at a new Speedway variant coming from AleSmith Brewing in San Diego, California. This is Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout: Rye Vietnamese Coffee Edition 2025 and it will be an imperial stout aged in Rye Whiskey barrels with Vietnamese coffee. The beer will roll in at 13.89%-AbV and look for Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout: Rye Vietnamese Coffee Edition 2025 to be packaged in these 16oz cans. Release details pending.

“We aged our Speedway Stout for 12 months in freshly emptied Rye Whiskey barrels, adding a distinctive spicy warmth that balances the stout’s rich, roasted malt character. Blended with our favorite Vietnamese cà phê sữa đá, this special treat delivers notes of toasted oak, dark cocoa, smooth vanilla, and a dry, peppery finish. A complex stout crafted for those who appreciate bold flavors and barre-aged depth.”
