Chuckanut Schwarz Lager Returns

Chuckanut Brewery is happy to announce the release of its award-winning Schwarz Lager in both cans and on draft at accounts around the Northwest. This German style black lager is similar to a Stout with its coffee-like roast flavors on a medium bodied frame. But the Schwarz is lagered creating a round, clean, smooth and crisp beer with a lingering espresso-like and bitter chocolate aftertaste! Not as heavy as it looks, this is a great option for a dark beer flavor with a sessionable ABV.

Chuckanut Schwarz doesn’t come out often but when it does it’s a good idea to jump on it since it isn’t available for long. This year is especially great because there is also a small batch of cans being released too. Ask your favorite bottleshop or grocer to get it for you if it’s not on their shelves. Same is true for your favorite restaurant or bar. Seeing as you are lucky to have it in the marketplace twice a year there’s no time to skip sipping a pint or pairing it with your favorite meal.
