Hard to not start humming the tune that goes along with this beer, but I’ll stop long enough to show off the Gosse Island Brewing Pere Jaques 2011 Belgian Style Ale. This 8.7% ABV (up from last year’s 8%) Abbey Ale is bottle conditioned (22oz) and uses Belgian yeast.
