This morning we have the latest installment from the White Birch Brewing Apprentice Series called Svetlana. This big 10.6% ABV brew was created by the 2nd Apprentice @ White Birch, Mike Boulerice. Mike apparently brewed Natasha for White Birch ( a Russian Imperial Stout aged on oak chips) and the second batch of that brew has become Svetlana. This Oak Aged Wild Stout has been on oak for over a year and it will be limited to one batch of 180 750ml bottles.
