Here’s a BIG new 12% ABV brew from Schlafly (Saint Louis Brewery) called Bourbon Barrel-Aged Quadrupel (Quad)…This is Schlafly’s regular quad that at the request of Paul Hayden from the Wine & Cheese Place (Clayton, MO), was aged in a bourbon barrel and will be released in limited quantities in kegs & 750ml bottles.
