Steve Hindy To Sell His 50% Stake In Brooklyn Brewery

Steve Hindy just announced at the Craft brewers Conference that he will be selling his shares of Brooklyn Brewery back to the Ottaway family. Hindy currently owns a 50% stake in Brooklyn so this is big news, but good news for the Ottaway family, who will now own 100% of the voting shares. Details still coming in on this one. Hindy will still own his common stock in Brooklyn, but this sale will allow him the time and capital to devote to his desire to promote craft beer beyond Brooklyn Brewery.
