PA House Bill Sets Stage for Beer Sales @ Farmer’s Markets

Pennsylvania House Bill 249 has cleared the House Liquor Control Committee today. Sponsored by Rep. Dante Santoni of Berks Co, the bill would allow craft breweries that produce less than 25K barrels per year to offer samples and sell beer at farmer’s markets & food expositions.  Ironically enough this is already legal for wine….so stay tuned.
