Mikkeller Mexas Ranger & Mikkeller / Bedow Spring, Summer, Autumn, & Winter Pilsner (Temperature Sensitive Label)

Here are a few new releases from Mikkeller.  First up is Mexas Ranger Ale brewed with spices, almond milk, cocoa, chilies, black beans, avocado leaves & aged in tequila barrels (Wow!).  This one may take the Mikkeller-cake for all time odd blend beer.  It’s a 12.7oz bottle and 6.6% ABV.

Up next we have some early details on a series of 4 seasonal pilsner beer from Mikkeller & Bedow with a changing heat-sensitive label.  Details from Bedow:

A collaboration with Danish brewery Mikkeller. This Summer Pilsner is the second in a series of four seasonal beers released during 2012. The label is printed with a heat sensitive color—when the label gets warm the bud turns into a flower. Limited to 3,500 bottles
