Some surprising news coming from Stone Brewing via UTSanDiego:

Stone Brewing Co. will break ground Thursday for its new packaging hall at its Escondido restaurant and brewery.

The 59,815-square-foot packaging hall will be used for bottling, kegging, small offices, a quality assurance laboratory and equipment storage.
