Here’s an exciting new brew from our pal Jim Koch @ Samuel Adams called Dragon Orochi–ale aged with Yuzu Juice & Sugi Wood.  Based on the 22oz bottle size I suspect this is an upcoming small-batch series release.  Dragon Orochi is “named after the eight-headed dragon of Japanese lore” and the Yuzu juice imparts a citrusy character while the Japanese Sugi wood balances the sweetness with an earthy freshness.  Dragon Orochi comes in at 7.5% ABV.
