The Onion Pub and Brewery, a brewery in Lake Barrington, is proud to announce that it now distributing its craft beer in New York, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Ohio.
The brewery will also be releasing their fourth all-year-round style in a can, Phat Chance Blonde, shortly. As a uniquely satisfying blonde ale, Phat Chance Blonde is brewed exclusively with Canadian 2-Row Pale Malt and Centennial hops. The use of only two ingredients highlights the fruity and citrus-like character of the Centennial hop, a favorite variety from the Pacific Northwest.
