This summer we had a great visit with Dogfish Head Brewery Brewmaster, Tim Hawn. Tim and his wife came out to Destiny Ridge to spend some time in the vineyard with Jarrod and to get a peek at what we do here at ANC. We got to taste him through some wine, and talk about the process of creating Noble Rot. We also talked with him about the plans to double production of the collaboration for this year.
