Half Acre – Baumé Available Now

It’s February. The briefest yet longest of months. February can mean many things to many people: love, bleakness, elation, loneliness, romance… you name it. To Half Acre, February means it’s time to break out a brewery standby, our annual celebration of those who’ve helped us get here  – Baumé (say it with me: bom-AY). As the label states, it is a handsomely-hopped rye stout, and it is one of my favorite beers that we make. Baumé has just that right combination of chocolate, roast, hops, and rye-spice that join forces to create a powerful drinking experience. 

We’ll release Baumé this Friday, February 15th in the Half Acre shop. Bottle only, $8.99 per 22 ounce bomber. No growler fills of this guy, but if you want to enjoy it on draft, this might be your best option.
