Break out those lawnmowers, BBQ’s and camping gear, because it’s time for the return of the summer beers.Twilight Summer Ale is a great compliment to those warm days and long nights with friends, where whole flower Amarillo, Cascade and Tettnang hops blend perfectly with sweet malts for a sensational seasonal ale. CLASS OF ’88: BARLEY WINE
In celebration of our brew pub opening back in 1988, we’ve partnered up with other craft breweries, who are also celebrating their 25th Anniversary, to create a series of collaborations that will be known as Class of ’88. The first of these collaborations is with North Coast Brewing Company and Rogue Ales. We agreed on creating a Barley Wine recipe together that will be brewed at each location and then bottled and shipped to each respective breweries’ distribution area. In producing the beer this way, you have the opportunity to try all 3 versions side by side for a triple or trifecta comparison! Look for all 3 versions on shelves in April 2013.

CLASS OF ’88: IMPERIAL SMOKED PORTER
Building upon a history of great porters – Great Lakes Brewing Company’sEdmund Fitzgerald out of Cleveland, OH and our Black Butte Porter – this partnership to create an Imperial Smoked Porter promises to be exceptional. Both beer versions will be available in each respective breweries’ distribution area for a very limited time in 22 ounce bottles. Since we are still brewing the beer, specs will be released soon on our website.

FRESH SQUEEZED IPA
Perfectly named, this beer tastes like freshly juiced hops with a hint of malt to provide the perfect balance of flavors and aromas. Citra, Nugget and Mosiac hops give the beer its orange and tangerine flavors and are a perfect combination to create a "fresh hop" flavor without using fresh hops. Enjoy a pint of this magnificent IPA on your back porch, on your local ski mountain or with your favorite home cooked meal and SQUEEZE every last drop from your bottle…
