Crazy Mountain – Neomexicanus Native Pale Ale – New Hop Variety

Here’s an interesting new 22oz bottle coming from Crazy Mountain

Brewing Co called Neomexicanus Native Pale Ale.  Crazy Mountain has partnered with a hop farmer *(CLS Farms in Monee, WA) to explore a largely undocumented hop variety native to the South Western U.S.  The variety is called Humulus Lupulus Neomexicanus and the beer will come in at 6% ABV and no word on IBU so stay tuned.

UPDATE from Crazy Mtn:  This beer will be available on draft and in 22oz bottles later this fall using a rather unused hop native to the American Southwest.
