Here’s an exciting label coming from near Republic today fro Café Racer 15 Real Ale.  This DIPA uses “generous amounts” of Citra, Chinook, Amarillo & Cascade hops, it will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at a big 9.75% ABV.
