Here’s an interesting blend coming from Schneider Weisse called Aventinus Cuvee Barrique Wheat Dopplebock. This 2013 Limited Edition beer is a “highly complex blend” of oak-aged Aventinus & Aventinus Eisbock that is then bottle conditioned with their house yeast. Aventinus Cuvee Barrique will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 9.5% ABV.
