We have collaborated with La Brasserie La Bambelle in Saint Gravé France on a bière named Bayoust. The beer is being released at the Festival de la Bogue D’Or in Redon France this week with the help of our very own Louis Michot – we are brewing a version of the same bière here for an April release. The beer is brewed with buckwheat – the grain and not the Zydeco legend.
