This week’s beer is very special for Chad. It is our first true sour, as Chad has been aging it for over 3 years, but it was also made in honor of his grandfather, whom he called Big Daddy. Big Daddy and Chad would often go pick Scuppernong grapes off a vine near his house, and when Big Daddy passed in 2007, Chad knew he had to make a beer to honor this man. Come into the tap room this Tuesday to have a glass!
