Our winter seasonal, Nut Brown Ale, is back for another winter of warm fires and roasted malt goodness. A hint of hazelnut, a dash of rich caramel and a sprinkle of chocolate malt all intertwine with the flowery bouquet of Willamette hops, making our Nut Brown Ale well rounded and beautifully balanced.
Cyril, Nut Brown Ale’s own spoke squirrel, is known to hoard his winter beer haul. He only brings it out when company arrives and pairs it with Gouda and Camembert cheeses, and steaks, burgers and stews.
