Cedar Creek Dankosaurus IPA Goes Year-ROund

is set to release an IPA as its fourth year-round beer. This East Texas homage to West Coast IPAs is called Dankosaurus and features bold pine, citrus, peach and tangerine hop flavors balanced by a velvety malt backbone of US 2-row and German Munich. The IPA is dry-hopped with 15 lbs per batch of a blend of experimental hop 05256, Apollo, and Bravo to impart a fruity, dank aroma. Dankosaurus will initially be available on draft only the week of 3/24 in the Dallas market, with other markets to follow. It will be available in 16oz four-packs in early April 2014.
