Here’s your first look at an upcoming release in the Stone Stochasticity Project. This is Quadro Triticale and it is a Belgian-style Quad brewed with Triticale grain. Triticale is a hybrid grain that has the flavors of wheat and the spice of rye, and this beer will also use Dark Candi-Sugar and Ardennes Yeast strains. Look for Quadro Triticale to be package din 22oz bottles and come in at 10% ABV.
