Witbier returns! Scratch #149 – White Ale is back on tap in the Tasting Room beginning today at 11am. We will also have cases, 6-packs and single bottles available in the General Store. This Belgian-style Witbier features a blend of wheat, oats, malted barley, spices, citrus peel and a variety of peppercorns to create a complex yet refreshing flavor. A perfect summertime quaffing delight, Scratch #149 displays subtle tartness and a delicate orange aroma to complement the aromatic spices and distinctive LaChouffe yeast. ABV is 5.4% and IBU is 17.
