Trinity Brewing – Blow Up Your TV, Emma’s Pumpkin & Old Growth

Today we get to see three new bottled beers coming from Trinity Brewing.  Blow Up Your TV is a Blanche Saison Grisette Ale brewed with Brettanomyces yeast, Lactobacillus, Buckwheat, Triticale, Flaked Oats, Vienna, Euro Pilsen malt, Rye & Styrian Goldings Hops (4.3% ABV).  Emma’s Pumpkin is a Citrouille Saison brewed with Brettanomyces yeast, torch roasted sugar pumpkin, coriander, grains of paradise, brown sugar, sage, garam masala spices & white sage (9.5% ABV).  Old Growth Flemish Style Brown is brewed with toasted almonds and Brettanomyces yeast (5.8% ABV).  These are all 12.7oz bottles.
