Our ongoing Life and Limb collaboration love fest with our pals from Sierra Nevada continues!
Today Brian Grossman is in town from North Carolina with his lovely wife Gina and son Jax. Since NC and DE are known for growing great peaches, we are combining x-wing fighter and c3PO powers to make a woodgrilled peach session-y schwartz beer. Emily (there in the middle) is the Dogfish wonder woman chef who let us grab some time on the wood grill as they are busy prepping for lunch.

We are using a bunch of donut peaches from our pals at Fifer Orchards. The Peach Schwartz will end up at about 4.6% abv and should be ready to go on tap at the Rehoboth brewpub in a few weeks.
