SweetWater Brewing has announced that they will be selling a minority interest to TSG Consumer Partners.  Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, however it is expected that the operations of SweetWater will continue as is with no externally noticeable changes.  For those asking, yes this is the same group that was involved in the recent sale of Pabst Brewing, however the deals are not related.
