Here’s your first look at two new bottles coming from Side Project Brewing in St. Louis, MO. La Fosse is a “Missouri Wild Ale” aged with apricots, it will be packaged in 12.7oz bottles and the beer comes in at 7% ABV. La Biere de Fantasie is a Side Project / Off Color Brewing co brewed farmhouse ale. The beer is s blend of several puncheon-fermented Saisons that were aged 6 months before blending. This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 7% ABV.
