Our Hop Program is our way of always trying to move forward, especially with new hops and new hop combinations. Never standing still and always trying to make things better are our goals. Beer I in our Hop Program is a clean, 6.5% IPA featuring Mosaic, Columbus, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin hops. It was inspired by Sapping Mammoth, our collaboration with Half Acre Beer Company out of Chicago. The Hop Program facilitates creativity and experimentation. It allows us to continue growing as brewers while producing what we hope to be exciting and innovative beers.
