Here’s your breaking craft beer news of the day….Shmaltz Brewing will not only be bottling a new beer, but creating and interesting (and confusing) style. This is your first look at Wishbone and is is a Session Double IPA that will be packaged in 12oz bottles. Wishbone will use Warrior, Calypso, Crystal, Citra and Simcoe hops and this “Session DIPA” will come in at 8%-AbV….aka MY kind of a Session beer! Stay tuned for details and Lew Bryson’s reaction.
