Here’s a really interesting co-brew blend coming to the U.S. from Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels, BE This is Assemblage De L’Amitie (Assembly Of The Friendship) and it is a blend of 1/3 Lambic Cantillon, 1/3 Allagash Coolship and 1/3 Russian River Sonambic. This ale aged in oak barrels will be packaged in 750ml bottles and it will come in at 5%-AbV….and yes I WANT it.
