Wicked Weed Brewing – “Succession” Biltmore Winery Collab (Video)

Working with a winery on a collaboration beer has always been on our list of things we’ve wanted to do. The Biltmore Winery was an obvious choice for us. They have been making amazing wine in the Asheville area for decades and brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. We could not be more honored to work with them and create this beer. Sour beer has roots in wine and wine-making, and thus, was the next logical collaboration for us to do in our sour program. We give you: Succession.

Our collab with Biltmore Winery is nearing its release. Succession is a barrel-aged golden sour with Riesling must. It has been an absolute blast and truly an honor to work with people as passionate about their craft as we are about ours.
