Here’s your first look at Goose Island Goose Winter Ale. This brown ale uses Elk Mountain Farms hops and it will have “nutty chocolate aromas and a roasted caramel finish.” This beer will be packaged in 12oz bottles and the beer will hit 5.3%-AbV and 25 IBU. This appears to be a completely different beer than their Mild Winter so stay tuned for more details.
