The Sleeper Series is what we’re calling beers that just haven’t conditioned to our standards but still taste amazing. These will be available for onsite consumption only. We have bottles of Bing Cut available. Not still, but not fully carbed either.

Tickets are $20 plus fees and only guarantee you the option to purchase any or all of the following:
Apricot Cut – $30 – 2/person – It’s ready! It’s got more carb than sleeper but not as much as normal beers we release. Still plenty of amazing Perfection juice. 3#/gal. Some people tried it during November and the feedback we got was great.
Peach Cut – $30 – 3/person – Suncrest peaches at 3#/gal and some of the funkiest base barrels we’ve used result in a Cut that Eric thinks is his favorite yet. Bottled 2.5 months ago, we’ve just been waiting for the yeast to clean up a bit, and now its ready.
Cherry Fruit Stand – Montmorency – $20 – 4/person – 1.5#/gallon, you know it.
Plum Fruit Stand – Elephant Heart – $20 – 1/person – 1.2#/gallon, the most acidic FS we’ve done so far. There’s plenty of usual lactic acid, but the acid from the plums, almost like citric acid, creates a unique mouthfeel for sure. A bit puckering.
The Low End – Wet Hopped – $16 – 3/person – Classic Low End but with a huge amount of Colorado Cascade wet hops that make for a beer with amazing flavors of lemon rind.
READ THE TICKETING DETAILS CAREFULLY AS THEY LIST ALL RULES AND STIPULATIONS. NAMES ON TICKETS MUST MATCH THE PERSON THAT IS BUYING THE BEER! IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE TICKET, YOU MUST BE THE ONE THAT BUYS THE BEER. ONE TICKET PER PERSON.
If you purchase a ticket, your beer will be reserved for you to BUY from 11-3 PM today. Only ticket holders will be able to buy beer to go. We will probably have extra Cherry Fruit Stand and Low End available to go.
All prices include tax.
Please do not bring outside alcohol to our property, aka no bottle share. Thanks.
Parking: Parking is available in front of our building, from the dirt lot through the front of the building itself, to the mailbox south of the building. There will be neon traffic cones showing the parking area. There is no parking across the street in front of Rosebud Cemetery or in front of the town homes just north of us. Please respect our neighbors.
