HiJinx – Learning Curve Bottles Coming (Brewery-Only) 11/21

We will be releasing (at the brewery only) to the public 200 numbered bottles of Learning Curve, the first batch that was brewed on our 10 barrel brewing system. 

What was to be a batch of Pitch Penny Ale, turned in to this deliciously special libation. Due to an unexpected high mash efficiency that caused the batch to be 2%ABV  higher in alcohol, we decided to age this beer in bourbon barrels for a special anniversary release.

The result is Learning Curve, an English style strong ale that was aged in a bourbon barrel for 1 year.

Limit 2 bottles per customer!
