Allagash – Evora Coming To Bottles 1/9/2016

I’m excited to see Allagash Evora make the leap from draft-only to bottles. This “golden hued ale” uses Sorachi Ace, Hallertau and Northern Brewer hops, it I fermented in stainless with a Belgian yeast strain before being moved to Portuguese Brandy barrels where it ages with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for over a year. This is a 12.7oz bottle and the beer will hit 8.4%-AbV.
UPDATE 1/4: Enjoying an Evora with dinner! Bottles will be available this Saturday (1/9) at the brewery. Ships to all distro after.
