Here’s your first look at a new bottle coming from Dogfish Head. This is Oak-Aged Noble Rot and it is an oak-aged ale (“sorta-saison”) brewed with Alexandria Nicole Cellars grape must from botrytis-infected Viognier grapes. This beer is aged on oak for almost a year before being packaged in 750ml bottles. Barrel-Aged Noble Rot will hit 9%-AbV and stay tuned for more details.
