Pallet Magazine Officially Launches

Pallet has officially launched and we’ve refreshed our e-news to help celebrate! No more having to explain what the magazine will look and feel like, no more guessing where you’ll be able to find it, because all our North American stockists are on the website right now. If you haven’t managed to get your hands on a copy, go seek one out while they’re still warm, or do the Santa thing and gift someone a subscription for the holidays. Or treat yourself. If you’re ‘only interested in everything’, this is probably the mag for you.

From our web project, built around the tradition of sharing a beer and getting to know someone, meet Shin from Tokyo: “My profession is in hospitality. I started as a translator and then become a fixer, because I like to support people. I like my job very much. Meeting different people from all over the world, every day, makes me feel the world is connected.” We’re uploading new stories every week, so check in regularly for more thinkers and drinkers.
