The Four Horsemen of the Hopocalypse

GREEN LABEL
Double IPA
The original Hopocalypse Double IPA comes riding the pale green horse representing Death and threatening to leave nothing in its path. With a clean, dry malt base and an imposing quantity of American hops, aromas of grapefruit, guava, and pine saturate the palate as a touch of balancing malt and spicy rye keeps the sharp, clean bitterness in line. 
BLACK LABEL
Triple IPA
What rough beast’s hour has come round at last? It’s the hallowed Hopocalypse Black Label. Representing the black horse and Famine, our beastly triple IPA tips the scales at more than 6 pounds of hops per barrel. Don’t be fooled, your thirst for more won’t be quickly sated as one of our scarcest brews will leave you wanting for more. 
WHITE LABEL
Imperial White IPA
One of our new brews for 2016 represents the white horse and Conquest, this victorious imperial white IPA is brewed with huge amounts of American wheat malt and pilsner malt and hopped from three continents with Motueka, Hallertau Blanc and Amarillo. Unflitered, juicy and uniquely fragrant, White Label delivers with notes of lemon zest, stone fruit and sauvignon blanc grapes. 

RED LABEL
Blood Orange Double IPA
Our final horseman represents the red rider of War. A Double IPA that will annihilate the imposters with a blitzkrieg of hops and leave the brewhouse floors stained a crimson red. Brewed with aromatic orange blossom honey, thousands of pounds of California blood oranges, Mandarina Bavaria and Lemondrop hops and this beer brings an assault of sweet citrus and juicy hops.
