5 Rabbit Releasing CaCao Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout

Atención Mexican hot chocolate lovers! Help us welcome our new CHINGONA to the brewery this Saturday at 2pm.

CaCao is a 10.7% ABV imperial stout inspired by one of our all time favorite hot drinks. If you grew up in Latin America or a Latino household you know that "chocolate caliente" is a huge part of our culture and a hot cup is one of our most comforting foods. For this beer we found a beautiful Peruvian coastal criollo chocolate with fresh, bright and red berry notes and combined it with carefully selected Mesoamerican ingredients, including chile pasilla, chile japonés, toasted pumpkinseeds, vanilla bean, mamey pit and Mexican cinnamon.

Originating in Latin America and revered as food of gods and kings, cacao still holds the power to transport us to higher planes.
