You’ve read the mag, now drink the beer. Thanks to our friends at Nomad Brewing and executive editor Sam from Dogfish Head, the first Pallet collaboration brew will be pouring around Australia in April and during the Craft Brewers Conference in Philadelphia in May. Created from the cross pollination (geddit) of ideas between us all, and a few lucky subscribers, Cross-Pallet-Nation is an amber ale, brewed with mesquite malt, maple, and Aussie bush spices.
