The Bruery – Tart of Darkness 2016 Coming 4/22

Can you think of a better day to celebrate the public draft and bottle release of the 2016 edition of Tart of Darkness than the one-year anniversary of Bruery Terreux? We couldn’t either, so here goes! Tart of Darkness is our oak-aged sour stout. This year’s release clocks in at 6.6% ABV, with notes of tart plums, roasted coffee, vanilla and oak. It’s not a style you’ll see very often, and in our opinion, not a style seen often enough. Come see it (and try it) for yourself at noon when we open on Friday.
