Weyerbacher Sunday Molé Stout Coming 9/11

Did you enjoy Sunday Morning Stout? Is it one of your favorites? Well… then you’re gonna want to try Sunday Molé Stout!

As the name suggests, this 11.3% ABV American Imperial Stout is the foundation of everyone’s favorite, Sunday Morning Stout, with a twist (and without the barrel aging)… This brew captures everything you’d expect from a traditional molé – coffee, chocolate, heat and smokiness. Foremost is coffee, which is followed by layers of chocolate courtesy of the chocolate malt, cocoa powder and cocoa nibs. Finally, a subtle lingering heat and smokiness from our blend of ancho, pasilla, mulato and chipotle peppers, as well as cinnamon, which is gone by the time you’re ready for your next sip.

Sunday Molé Stout will be officially released to the public at The Tap Room on Sunday, September 11th, beginning at 11:30 am! It should also start popping up throughout our distribution area! This is a limited release, so you should grab it when you see it!

Easton Brown & Down, previously known as Winter Ale, is a 5.6% ABV Brown Ale. We’ve changed the name, updated the packaging & tweaked the recipe!

Brewed with deep-roasted chocolate malt, this brew has a warm, roasty flavor that balances out with a slightly dry finish.
