One day we’ll get that farmhouse, and after the sun goes down, we’ll crack open a couple of these slightly tart Scratch beers. The rich, silky Pennsylvania rye will soothe our body and soul, and the pepper bite of Saison yeast will put a period on a day well-lived. One day. Until then? At least we’ve got the beer.
