Jester King – 2016 SPON Mourvedre & Sangiovese & 2016 SPON Albarino & Blanc du Bois

This is 2016 SPON Mourvedre & Sangiovese from Jester King.  This beer is a blend of 2-year old and 3-year old 100% spontaneously fermented beer, refermented with Mourvedre & Sangiovese grapes.  This SPON version was blended on 11/28/2016 and it is packaged in 12.7oz bottles.  SPON Mourvedre & Sangiovese will hit 7%-AbV and stay tuned here for more details.  We also have 2016 SPON Albarino & Blanc du Bois and it is a blend of 2-year old 100% spontaneously fermented beer refermented with Albarino & Blanc du Bois grapes (6.7%-AbV).
