An iconic brewmaster has left Otter Creek Brewing in Middlebury, according to an employee who answered the brewery’s telephone Friday.
Mike Gerhart has been hired by Hill Farmstead Brewery, said Phil Young, a retail employee at Hill Farmstead. He was unable to provide other details and said Shaun Hill, the founder of Hill Farmstead, was unavailable Friday.
